Yes. All services (clinical, coaching, consulting) incorporate ancestral healing practices that promote health. These are adapted respectfully based on each client’s cultural background, interests, and needs. When appropriate, I also collaborate with community healers and leaders.

Yes! I am currently accepting new clinical, coaching, and consulting clients.

Yes. I currently accept Aetna and United Healthcare. If you prefer, I can also provide a Superbill you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date on what insurance is accepted.

Direct care allows for more meaningful engagement—integrating psychiatric care, therapy, coaching, cultural practices, and even in-home sessions when needed. By investing directly, you gain flexibility and depth without limitations from insurance companies.

Clinical, coaching, and consulting services are offered virtually throughout Texas. For San Antonio clients, I provide in-person appointments during select days/times. Direct care and consulting can also be arranged on-site with travel costs covered.
