Initial Phase
Comprehensive psychiatric and psychological evaluation (1-3 sessions).
Family and workplace wellness assessment.
Review of prior records and coordination of care with existing providers (with consent).
Collaborative treatment and support plan integrating psychiatry, therapy, coaching, and spiritual/wellness practices.
Ongoing Care
60-90 minute sessions (frequency tailored to your needs).
Direct secure messaging for urgent questions and support during business hours.
Optional in-person home or school visits in San Antonio for select families.
Coordination with therapists, schools, or organizations when helpful.
Integration of spirituality and wellness practices during sessions.
Sessions are inclusive of loved ones as you desire.
All work is highly personalized. Together, we design the structure after the initial evaluation.
Investment
Elite psychiatric and coaching services reflect the depth, access, and expertise offered in this level of care. Fees are transparent and discussed openly so that your decisions about treatment are grounded in both your values and your realities
Standard session fees for concierge care begin at $600 per 60-minute session. Longer or specialized sessions, in-person visits, and forensic or organizational work are billed at adjusted rates, which will be clearly reviewed with you before scheduling.
